The variety of exercises is almost endless and personal training can be conducted at your home or a place of your choosing.

 

Sessions are one on one, or if you wish you may invite a partner or a friend or two.

 

Having a regularly scheduled appointment is great for maintaining your motivation. Not only will you have someone else to report back to, you'll also be taking part in a structured and realistic program designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum of time. The emphasis would be making exercise fun, so that you have the motivation to not only meet, but exceed your fitness goals.

 

What you can expect during your session is some of the following:

 

STRENGTH TRAINING - halts the decline in muscle mass. This loss of muscle actually starts in your 30s. Strength Training also improves bone health and density.

About Me


My name is Ann Lourigan and I am based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. I have always felt passionate about the benefits of exercise for any age group but more so for the baby boomer/senior adult.

 

I gave up my day job and became a fitness instructor registered with Fitness Australia and I am now involved in an industry that I am proud to be a part of.

 

Fit Fabulous n 50 + was developed so I could help, inspire and motivate you as a baby boomer/senior adult reach your health and fitness goals so that you will enjoy a better quality of life. I will guide and help you all the way through your fitness journey.

 

50 seems to be a threshold for some of us, but if you eat sensibly and exercise (and it is that simple), you will still be in fine form by 50. If you haven't, it is still not too late. Perhaps looking back on habits of bad choice which have a slow and quiet way of catching up with us, it is now time to take the initiative and let me develop and implement a fitness plan for you.
